Planned Preventative Maintenance:

We believe that service visits are more than just ensuring plant turns On and Off.  We believe that by servicing a building, we are ensuring that the building is optimised to run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.  We know that building demands change over the years, so that means that plant control must also change to suit.  We will do as much as we can within our normal service visit to help with the current building demands.  We will also make recommendations where we feel necessary to help with the overall building control.

We currently have 3 levels of Service Agreements;

  1. Standard SLA:   This option allows for planned site visits only.  Callouts are charged where necessary.
  2. Higher SLA:      This option allows for planned site visits and 2 x normal hour callouts at your discretion.
  3. Optimum SLA:  This option allows for planned site visits, 3 x normal hour callouts at your discretion and guaranteed attendance within 24hrs of notification.
